On most elements of our catering and service, you scored us 4.5/5 or above, which gives us great confidence we are meeting your catering and event needs.
There was very constructive feedback on how we can improve our service further as well as some interesting misperceptions raised by clients. Our response to the feedback is below.
One survey respondent said she could use our services more often if we delivered to the CBD. We are pleased to confirm Rory’s Catering Co. delivers to the CBD so feel welcome to call us to arrange a delivery any time.
We are happy to prepare separate platters for your guests who have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or gluten-free. Our menus have a key to show how special diets are catered for so please let us know when you order and we will arrange the catering to your brief.
One respondent said she was unaware of our online booking forms until recently. You can find these forms where there is a pink menu “get a quote for this menu”. Online ordering is a good option if you feel too busy to call during business hours and are available for the following menus:

4. Payment Options
One respondent told us she sometimes uses another caterer because they will send her a tax invoice for payment. We understand in business you need to keep tight records for your administration so we are happy to send you a tax invoice. Please tell us your administration requirements when you request a quote and we will arrange it.
New Menu Items
40 percent of respondents said they are always interested in trying new menu items, while 60 percent of respondents felt our existing menu range had enough options for their events. In response, Rory’s Catering Co. will update the menus with a few new items under each category, such as an ancient grain salad. These new menu items will be released in the coming months and we will make updated menus available via our website.
Our survey revealed most of our clients use at least once social media channel. Did you know Rory’s Catering Co. has a Facebook and LinkedIn page? Following us on social media is a great way to stay up-to-date with latest news, recipes and event industry updates.
The majority of respondents to our survey said they would be interested in receiving an e-newsletter from Rory’s Catering Co. We will be sending you an e-news with special offers, latest news and event management tips once a month and we hope you find these valuable. If you do not wish to receive our e-news you can opt-out at any time.
